Lawrence Welk Resort

This dynamic time share, entertainment, and resort property was struggling on how to best maximize and position their golf amenity, primarily in regards to the local community. Because it was not consider a championship golf course due to the length it often struggled to attracted a certain level of player. It also had a difficult yield dynamic in regards to access by time share owners, members, and public access play. After conducting a thorough review of the golf course and the contribution by customer type we provided an executive summary which included recommendations by customer type tying back to the larger revenue management strategy. We also provided our thoughts on both short term and long term capital investment each of which included the potential return on investment.
