After purchasing the property and implementing a self-management model, the owner retained Sunrise Golf on a long term basis to guide them through their first years of operation. This included setting the revenue management strategy, developing new public golf membership products, providing direction on the sales and marketing plan, and conducting on-going audits on implementation and execution. More recently, Sunrise Golf was re-engaged to update systems and procedures, recruit a new General Manager and develop a new menu and operating platform for the club’s underperforming grill.
