Vellano Country Club

Oaktree Capital engaged Sunrise Golf during the construction phase of this property to oversee course and clubhouse completion, manage the operating staff, and develop and implement a pre-opening membership sales and marketing plan. As the property approached opening we facilitated the management selection process, which was ultimately awarded to Kemper Sports. Since opening we have continued to provide consulting services to the client on a periodic basis.
